This $200 deposit is required for customers returning a defective Aotedor T550 Mobility Scooter without the original packaging.

After the deposit is received, we will arrange shipment of a replacement scooter first to minimize waiting time.

Refund Policy

• Once the defective scooter is returned and inspected, the $200 deposit will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
