Return & Refund Policy
At Aotedor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process:
Inspection Upon Delivery
- Inspect your product immediately upon delivery. If the product is damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us right away.
- If you receive an incorrect item, contact Aotedor via the chat window on our website or email us at service@aotedor.com.
- If we do not receive any feedback within three days of delivery, we will assume the product has been accepted and no issues are present.
- Restocking Fees: Some items may incur a restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Product Condition: The item must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in its original packaging.
- Requesting a Return Authorization (RA): Click the chat icon on our website to request an RA. Provide your order number, email address, and specific product details. We will process your request within one business day.
- Shipping Back: After receiving the RA, you have 14 days to ship the item back to the address provided. Ensure the item is properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
- Inspection and Fees: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it for damage and signs of use. A restocking fee, ranging from 5% to 40% of the item cost, may be applied based on the condition of the product. If the item is damaged, a refund will not be issued. We will contact you if you wish to keep the damaged item, and you will need to cover the shipping costs.
- If the item passes inspection, you will receive a refund for the original payment amount minus any applicable restocking fees.
- Ensure the power switch on the lithium battery (if applicable) is turned off, and the battery is securely placed in the original packaging.
